No doubt discovering if there are any big problems with the home prior to closing is of major importance to you. I can help with that.
Hopefully I will not find anything major during the inspection, but in the event that I do at least you will have the opportunity to re-negotiate if needed before closing.
I perform full home inspections in Saint Petersburg, Clearwater, Seminole and Largo and the greater Pinellas County area. I also perform four point insurance inspections and wind mitigation inspections.
I offer same day reporting for morning appointments.
The home inspection business is different than nearly every other business in that you don't meet your client until after they hire you. I can assure you that I will be prompt and thorough in the inspection that I perform for you. In the world of home inspections, referrals from satisfied clients will determine our future success.
When I started my home inspection business over 16 years ago I told myself that I would always write the report that I would want to receive if I were the client. I have always done that.
There are low cost home inspection companies that have several employees who perform multiple home inspections per day and then of course they have to write multiple reports later. How can they possibly keep everything straight in their minds? I will only do one full home inspection in any day. The average time for that inspection is around 2 -2 1/2 hours. Then I go back to the office and spend around another 3 hours writing the reports. If I do the inspection in the morning I will have the reports to my client the same day.
I have over thirty-six years of experience in building construction and have been a home inspector since 2006.
I was the Engineering Manager for two local modular building companies.
I am a licensed Home Inspector by the State of Florida. HI #168.
I have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. In order to maintain this certification and my state home inspection license. I meet the ongoing annual testing and continuing education requirements for both entities. I inspect homes based on the NACHI Standards of Practice. This is a comprehensive list consisting of all the major systems in the home. I use computerized reporting software and I take a lot of photos. Then all those photos are put into the report along with descriptions. I will always provide the report to you within 24 hours of the inspection. I am also certified to perform Wind Mitigation Inspections.
Once again, I perform full home inspections in Saint Petersburg, Clearwater, Seminole, Largo, all the Beach communities and the greater Pinellas County area. I also perform four point insurance inspections.
